Orange winery of the month
Our high altitude, cool climate and mineral-rich soil from Mount Canobolas (our local dormant volcano) has provided Orange with the perfect growing conditions for the production of exceptional local wine.
Our wine list has been carefully curated to also include varietals from further afield - many not found in any other venue in Orange. There’s a tipple here for everyone!
Every month the Ophir Hotel showcases a local Orange winery from among the region’s best.
This month’s showcase winery is Angullong Wines, a family owned and operated vineyard and wine brand with that magical combination of cool climate and high altitude that our region is so well known for.
